Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Dubi AI S.A.L. ("DUBI•AI", "we", "us" or "our") handles information in connection with the website at dubiai.app (the "Site"). The Site is currently a pre-launch, informational page. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling any data we receive responsibly.
01 Who we are
The Site is operated by Dubi AI S.A.L., a joint-stock company organised under the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. For any privacy-related questions you can reach us at admin@dubiai.app. Dubi AI S.A.L. is the data controller responsible for your information.
02 Information we collect
The Site does not require you to create an account or submit personal information to browse it. We may, however, process limited information:
- Technical & usage data — collected automatically by our hosting and infrastructure providers, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. This data is generated through server logs and similar technology.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see the "Cookies" section below.
- Information you choose to send us — if you contact us by email (for example at admin@dubiai.app), we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data through the Site.
03 How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site;
- monitor and analyse traffic, performance and usage trends;
- detect, prevent and address technical issues, fraud or abuse;
- respond to your enquiries and communicate with you; and
- comply with our legal obligations.
04 Legal bases for processing
Where data-protection laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) apply, we rely on the following legal bases: our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site; your consent (for example for non-essential cookies, where required); and compliance with legal obligations.
05 Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary for it to function and remain secure. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.
06 How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who host and operate the Site on our behalf (for example, our hosting and content-delivery provider), bound by appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
- Legal and regulatory authorities, where we are required to do so by applicable law, regulation or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety or property; and
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of assets.
07 International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in accordance with this policy and applicable law, including through appropriate safeguards where required.
08 Data retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Server logs and similar technical data are typically retained for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and our records.
09 Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. The Site is served exclusively over a secure (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is, however, completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10 Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@dubiai.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
11 Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16 (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
12 Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not operate. This policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
13 Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be made prominent on the Site where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
